The experienced and USPAP compliant Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (CMEA) who are members of NEBB Institute, are qualified appraisers to prepare a qualified appraisal required by the IRS, Council of Foundations, and U.S. Small Business Administration’s Standard Operating Procedures 50 10 (5) (J). A Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) is an advocate of the appraisal, not of any person or entity. We are the experts at locating and determining substantiated values on the equipment We hold and promote the ethics and reporting guidelines of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). A CMEA's Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisal is defensible, substantiated, and will withstand scrutiny! Locate a Master CMEA

An elite and seasoned group of Master Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (MCMEA) who have attained over two years of specialized knowledge, training, and experience. An MCMEA achieves an enhanced level of education, expertise, knowledge, and assignments, and has undergone a minimum of 20 assignments.

An elite and seasoned group of Certified Equipment Brokers (CEB) who have attained specialized knowledge, training, and experience to broker machinery and equipment.

About NEBB

A Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) is trained to be an advocate for the correct value of machinery and equipment, not of any person or entity regardless of the purpose of the appraisal. We promise to always promote and hold our members accountable to the guidelines of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We will be available to support our members as they develop defensible estimates of value for their clients who are typically lenders, attorneys, accountants and business owners.
